Welcome to Yew Tree Cottage, located in the historical village of West Ayton and offering self-catering holiday accommodation throughout the year.

Yew Tree is situated on the edge of Scarborough, North Yorkshire.  Having undergone a complete refurbishment in 2017, it has been transformed from a loving family home to a quaint holiday location for others to enjoy.

Believed to be one of the oldest cottages in West Ayton and surrounded by the beautiful countryside of the North York Moors National Park, yet just four miles inland from the seaside and the Yorkshire Heritage Coast.

This self catering holiday cottage is part of Derwent Mill Farm which sits alongside the River Derwent, the peace and tranquility of this location makes it ideal for fishing breaks.
