Terms & Conditions

General

1. Guests must check in between 15:00 and 23:00 and check out between 7:00 and 10:00.
2. Children of all ages are welcome.
3. Pets are not allowed.
4. Wireless internet is available and is free of charge.
5. Smoking is only allowed in some of the open air areas.
6. All groups are accepted.
7. No parties or events.
8. Parking for all guests is available on site and is free of charge.

Payment Conditions

A deposit equal to the full booking amount is required.
The deposit will be refunded according to the cancellation conditions.
Payments by the following cards: Visa Debit / Delta, Visa Credit, Maestro / Switch, Mastercard, American Express – no charge.

Additional Check-in Notes

Before you arrive at Yew Tree Cottage, we will contact you and give you the number for the key safe situated at the front of the cottage.

Cancellations

If a booking is cancelled less than 14 days before arrival then a charge equal to 50.00% of the stay will be made.
In the event of a no show or booking reduction (after arrival date) the full cost of the booking is charged.
